TravelPerk Raffle SaaStr Annual 2022 – Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Promotions description
The Raffles are open to participants in the SaaStr Annual 2022 who are of legal age (Participant). TravelPerk employees are ineligible to participate in the Raffles or win a prize. A Participant may participate in each Raffle once.
The winner of each Raffle will receive a travel credit in the amount of $1,500, redeemable exclusively through TravelPerk’s platform (Prize). In order to redeem the Prize, winner must create an account with TravelPerk.
The Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. TravelPerk reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.
4. How to participate
To participate in a Raffle, Participants must allow TravelPerk to take a picture of them; agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the processing of their personal data as per section 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Winner selection and notification
The winner of each Raffle will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the relevant Participation Period. The random drawing will be conducted about thirty minutes (Winner Announcement Time) after the Participation Period by TravelPerk’s designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
In order for the Winner to collect the Prize, Winner must be present at TravelPerk’s booth at the SaaStr Annual 2022 during the Winner Announcement Time and accept the Prize. TravelPerk is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason. Any winner notification not responded to may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by TravelPerk.
Participant further grants TravelPerk the right to display his/her photo at TravelPerk’s photo booth at the SaaStr Annual 2022. Participants may collect their picture the Raffle. TravelPerk will destroy any photos that are not collected by Participants.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TravelPerk assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Raffles; (c) any malfunction, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems and providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Raffles.
If, for any reason, a Raffle is not capable of running as planned for any reasons TravelPerk reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend such Raffle in whole or in part. In such event, TravelPerk shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and TravelPerk reserves the right to award the Prize in a manner deemed fair and equitable by TravelPerk.
8. Law / Jurisdicton
The Raffles are subject to Spanish law. Any dispute, suit, action or other proceeding arising out of the Raffles is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

TRAVELPERK, S.L.U. ("TravelPerk"), a company duly incorporated pursuant to the laws of Spain, with registered office at Avinguda Catedral 6-8 1ª Planta, 08002 Barcelona (Spain), with Spanish Tax Identification Code (CIF) B-66-484.57.
2. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data submitted via the survey form will be processed by TravelPerk for the purpose of managing your participation in the TravelPerk Raffle SaaStr Annual 2022.
In case the TravelPerk has your consent, it will also process your personal data for the purpose of sending you information about products and services offered by TravelPerk and its partners.
3. Types of personal data
TravelPerk will process the following personal data:
- Name and surname
- Email address
4. Legal grounds
The legal basis for processing your personal data is is the performance of a contract consisting of managing the proper participation of the data subject in the raffles.
In case you agree to receive commercial communications from the Data Controller, your personal data will be processed based on your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of such consent shall not have any negative effects on the participation in the webinar.
5. Data recipients
Data Processors: any suppliers of TravelPerk that need access to your data in order to provide the services that TravelPerk has outsourced to those suppliers. The required confidentiality and data processing contracts are signed between suppliers and TravelPerk in order to protect your privacy.
Law Enforcement Agencies: if TravelPerk is required to provide information in compliance with a legal obligation.
Courts and Tribunals: in the cases provided by Law.
6. Data retention
TravelPerk will keep your personal data for a period of 3 years since the time it was collected and, in any case, as long as you don't request its erasure. Your data may also be retained in order to comply with the legal obligations that may arise from the relationship with us, as well as, where appropriate, to comply with legal requirements. TravelPerk maintains specific retention policies and procedures, so that such data is deleted or anonymized after a reasonable time and according to the statutory retention periods.
TravelPerk will only keep your image data for the duration of the event.
7. California consumer privacy act section
California residents may exercise the following rights:
- Right to request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you or disclosed in the last 12 months (including categories of personal information that we have disclosed about you to third parties for a business purpose and categories of recipients of such personal information). TravelPerk will first verify your identity for such purpose.
- Right to request deletion: you have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected from you (subject to some exceptions).
- Right to Opt Out to the sale of personal information: you have the right to instruct us not to sell personal information we have collected about you to third parties now or in the future.
For the sake of clarity, TravelPerk does not sell personal data to third parties (as this term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act).
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment when exercising the rights described above. To exercise those rights please send an email to email@example.com with the subject “California Rights Request”.
8. Your data protection rights
You may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, restriction, right to withdraw consent, and/or right to object to the processing, by contacting TravelPerk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you consider that the processing infringes the data protection regulation or your privacy rights, you may also submit a complaint to the Data Protection Officer of TravelPerk at email@example.com or to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
