About the Role

At TravelPerk, our employer brand is how we attract top talent and showcase what it’s like to work with us. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Employer Branding Intern to support our efforts in sharing our story with the world.

Reporting to the Employer Branding Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in content creation, event support, employer review site management, digital marketing, helping us amplify our efforts while learning what it takes to build a strong talent brand in a fast-growing tech company.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, develop valuable communication and branding skills, and make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment.

 

Your Main Focus

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of employer branding, including:

  • Event Logistics & On-site Support:
    Coordinate swag, vendor invoices, team coordination and run-of-show; act as on-site support at job fairs, meetups and company visits; capture highlights for post-event content.
  • External Platform Monitoring:
    Track external platforms, flag trends, and help maintain accurate, up-to-date pages and responses in line with our brand voice.
  • University Recruitment Support:
    Post roles on university intranets/portals, track deadlines, and coordinate with student groups and careers services.
  • Content Capture & Creative Execution:
    Shoot lightweight photos and short-form video at events and in the office; adapt assets for social; support basic editing/exporting for posts and recaps.
  • Data Collection & Reporting:
    Pull and organise metrics from recruitment and marketing platforms; to measure the impact of our activities.
  • Recruitment Operations Support (ATS):
    Assist with maintaining accurate data and simple workflows in our applicant tracking system; help keep employer branding assets and links organised.
  • Admin & Team Support:
    Maintain shared calendars, asset libraries and checklists; capture actions from team meetings; keep documentation tidy and searchable.

 

This position will be perfect for you if you…

  • Are based in Barcelona and happy to be in the office 3 days a week
  • Are available for a full-time, 6-month internship agreement (40 hours/week)
  • Are willing to organize events around business needs (job fairs, meetups, company visits,…)
  • Have a passion for employer branding, social media, and storytelling.
  • Are naturally creative and enjoy crafting content that captures attention.
  • Love working with people and are excited to help showcase company culture.
  • Have a strong alignment with our company values.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Skills & Experience

  • Project coordination: Logistics and coordination; plus if you’ve run small events (student clubs, fairs, meetups).
  • Communication Skills: You’re a natural storyteller and enjoy copywriting.
  • Cross-cultural Awareness: You have studied or worked in an international environment and have the ability to collaborate across cultures and apply a global perspective to your work.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team player: You thrive in a team setting but can also work independently. You proactively seek feedback, adapt quickly, and contribute to shared goals.
  • Hands-On & Solution-Oriented: You take initiative and find creative ways to make an impact–whether through quick wins or long-term improvements.
  • Fluent in English: Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
