The TravelPerk platform wins praise for its easy-to-navigate user interface, making it “much easier and convenient to plan your business trips by yourself” rather than having to rely on accounting teams to grant permissions.
The same cannot be said for Egencia, as the app’s functionality comes under fire for constantly having technical issues that “make it impossible to continue using.”
TravelPerk’s in-house customer support team is on-hand every minute of the day to help your team overcome anything that may come up along the way, and give you real-time travel news. The team is reachable via the Android or iOS app chat option, phone, or email. Customers say the team “are very helpful! They follow up your trips and save you time!”
