Unfortunately, Egencia does not boast the same well-rounded customer service that you want from a travel management company. Their customer service has been reviewed as “terrible,” and finding “a good customer service rep is rare.

TravelPerk has a feature called FlexiPerk, which allows users to get 80% of their trips refunded onto a credit card or as travel points in the platform. Travelers can cancel up to 2-hours before departure. In a world filled with uncertainty, you should be able to cancel your trip, no questions asked—and FlexiPerk allows just that. 

Egencia cannot quite offer the same flexibility when it comes to canceling trips. In some cases, bookings are non-refundable, or may only be done over the phone. At best, you’ll need to cancel 24-hours in advance, as is the case with their Hotel Flex Policy.
