The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Content Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. Based in Barcelona, you will take ownership of content creation from end to end - from planning and briefing through to production, localisation, and performance analysis. You’ll play a key role in supporting our campaign strategies with creating impactful, insight-driven content across multiple formats.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the full content production lifecycle from ideation to managing creation to managing delivery across a range of formats; including long-form articles, short-form copy, video, infographics, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the Integrated Campaigns team to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging priorities, ensuring content supports and enhances campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify and responsibly integrate AI tools (e.g., for content creation, research, and performance analysis) to improve content efficiency and scalability, while maintaining quality, brand alignment, and oversight.
  • Manage the localisation and translation of content for regional use, maintaining consistency and quality across markets.
  • Where required, partner with the sales enablement and customer marketing team to produce content that supports the marketing to sales handover, such as case studies, product guides, or thought leadership assets tailored to specific buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations, data & analytics to monitor content performance across channels and formats, interpreting performance data to assess what content is resonating, and make recommendations to optimise future content planning and messaging.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements, helping to refine content workflows, briefing templates, and feedback loops.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in content marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working with external content creators, designers, and/or agencies.
  • Comfortable working across a diverse mix of content types and channels.
  • Strong understanding of the role content plays at each stage of the customer journey.
  • Analytical mindset – able to interpret performance data and use insights to inform strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with campaign, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and relevance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a second language in either Spanish, French or German a plus.
  • Familiarity with localisation and managing translation workflows is highly desirable.
  • Interest or experience in using generative AI or automation tools for content marketing is a plus.

For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs.
